The client worked with another agency before but due to the lack of reliable conversion tracking was unable to measure the effectiveness of the campaigns. After an in-depth analysis of the existing campaign, we started new Search campaigns from scratch following best practices and set up tracking for all conversion touchpoints on the client’s website.

 

Following best practices in campaign setup and ad copy writing, keyword testing and search terms review, we saw a 174% increase in conversions over 12 months giving the client a constant flow of enquiries to help grow his business.

Client: Medical Recruitment Agency

The company’s main goal is to generate registrations and job applications through their website.

 

When we started working with this client two years ago, the campaigns were messy, underperforming and didn't track the kind of data the client was looking for. We did a thorough analysis into both business and marketing goals and set up Search and Display campaigns following best practices. 

 

Within the first year, conversions increased by 22%, clicks by 66% while the average CPC dropped by 16%. Through ongoing optimisation and testing, we worked out which campaigns and keywords generate the most applications for the client while keeping the cost per lead low. Detailed tracking setup including the recent switch to Google Analytics 4 ensured they get the insights they need to measure and optimise their overall digital marketing strategy.

Client: Higher Education Institution

The client is a consortium of Australian universities offering postgraduate programs in the medical field. Their goal is to increase awareness of the program, online enquiries and in the long-term, enrolments of new students.

The client was new to paid ads campaigns, so we started with a full analysis of their marketing goals and created a paid ads strategy including Google Search and Display as well as Linkedin ads. Google Search campaigns helped to reach people who actively research for postgraduate degrees in this field but may not be aware of the consortium program yet. Display and Linkedin Ads are used as upper-funnel channels to build brand awareness. Especially Linkedin's detailed job, education and interest targeting options helped to connect with the right audience.

Within the first six months, the new campaigns have generated a significant increase in website traffic, contact form submissions and engagement. The client is currently completing our 6-week Google Ads Coaching Program to learn the skills to manage the campaigns on their own.

Client: Corporate Team Building Events With Music

The client organises team-building events with live music for companies in Australia and the US. When we started working with them in mid-2022, they were slowly recovering from the significant impact on live events caused by Covid19. Their main goal was to generate leads through their website and bring the business back to its pre-pandemic successes.

We started with Google Search & DSA campaigns to reach in-market audiences as well as two Video campaigns to build brand awareness. The client had great footage of previous events which captured the fun and joyful nature of their events and was a great asset for video ads. Later on, we added a Display campaign to further nurture the top of the funnel. The main challenge remained to bring people back to the idea of live events after a long time of lockdowns.

Within a couple of months, the new campaigns generated a consistent flow of new enquiries. Conversion counts improved MoM and all campaign types achieved a high CTR (click-through-rate) and increased overall website traffic.
